Shula Kentwell

As the strategic business advisor for Chan Yahl, Shula brings extensive experience in real estate consulting, she provides strategic direction to our leaders and inspires teams to reach their full potential.

Her hands-on experience as an Owner/Director and Licensee in Charge of a large NSW award-winning real estate agency for more than a decade provides a unique understanding of the operational structures necessary for success in the real estate industry.

Shula has also served as Board Director and Head of Education and Training with the Real Estate Institute of NSW which equipped her with deep insights into legislation and compliance, emphasising the importance of professional standards. Shula guides her clients through leadership challenges and strategic planning initiatives. With a rich background spanning start-ups to CEO roles, she brings critical business and governance insights that drive successful leadership practices that in turn translate to high level employee and customer experiences.
